코로나 바이러스가 우리에게 주는 깨우침...

아무것도 아닌
'그 하찮은 것'에 의해 흔들리는인류.
그리고 무너지는 사회..

코로나 바이러스라 불리우는
작은 미생물이
지구를 뒤집고 있다.
보이지 않는 어떤 것인가가 나타나서는
자신의 법칙을 고집한다.
그것은 모든 것에
새로운 의문을 던지고
이미 안착된 규칙들을
다시 재배치한다.
다르게.. 새롭게..

서방의 강국들이 시리아, 리비아, 예멘에서 얻어내지 못한 (휴전.전투중지) 것들을
이 조그만 미생물은 해내었다.

알제리군대가 못 막아내던 리프지역 시위에
종지부를 찍게 만들었다.

기업들이 못해내던일도 해냈다. 세금 낮추기 혹은 면제, 무이자, 투자기금 끌어오기,
전략적 원료가격 낮추기 등..

시위대와 조합들이 못 얻어낸 유류가격 낮추기, 사회보장강화 등등도 (프랑스경우)
이 작은 미생물이 성취해 내었다.

순식간에 우리는 매연, 공기오염이 줄었음을
깨닫게 되었고
시간이 갑자기 생겨
뭘 할지 모르는 정도가 되었다.

부모들은 자신의 아이들에 대해 알아가기 시작했고 ,
아이들은 집에서
가족과 함께 하는 시간에 대해
배우기 시작했으며
일은 이제 더 이상 삶에서
우선이 아니고,
여행, 여가도 성공한 삶의 척도가 아님을 깨닫기 시작했다.

우리는 곧 침묵 속에서
스스로를 돌아보기 시작했으며
'약함'과 '연대성'이란 단어의 가치에 대해 이해하기 시작했다

우리는 가난하거나 부자거나
모두 한 배에 타고 있음을..
시장의 모든 물건들을
맘껏 살 수도 없으며
병원은 만원으로 들어차 있고
더 이상 돈으로 해결되는 문제들이 아님을 깨닫게 되었다.

코로나 바이러스 앞에서는
우린 모두 똑같이
연약한 존재일 뿐이라는 것도..

외출할 수 없는 주인들 때문에 차고 안에서
최고급차들이 잠자고 있으며

그런식으로
단 며칠만으로
세상에는 사회적 평등(이전에는 실현 불가능해 보였던)이 이루어졌다.

공포가 모든 사람을 사로잡았다

가난한 이들에게서부터
부유하고 힘있는 이들에게로..
공포는 자기 자리를 옮겼다.

우리에게 인류임을 자각시키고 우리의 휴머니즘을 일깨우며..

화성에 가서 살고,
복제인간을 만들고
영원히 살기를 바라던
우리 인류에게
그 한계를 깨닫게 해주었다.

하늘의 힘에 맞갖으려 했던 인간의 지식 또한
덧없음을 깨닫게 해주었다.

단 며칠이면 충분했다.
확신이 불확실로..
힘이 연약함으로,
권력이 연대감과 협조로 변하는데에는..

아프리카가 (코로나에)
안전한 대륙이 되는 것,
많은 헛된 꿈들이 거짓말들로 변하는 데에는
단 며칠이면 충분했다.

인간은 그저 숨 하나,
먼지일 뿐임을 깨닫는 것도..

우리는 누구인가?
우리의 가치는 무엇인가 ?
이 코로나 바이러스 앞에
우리는 무엇을 할 수 있나?

섭리가 우리에게 드리울 때를 기다리면서 스스로를 직시하자 .

이 전세계가 하나같이 직면한 코로나바이러스 상황에서
우리의 휴머니티가
무엇인지 질문해보자.

집에 들어앉아
이 유행병이 주는
여러가지를 묵상해보고

살아있는 우리 자신을 사랑하자.

Suddenly, in silence, we turn around in ourselves and understand the value of the words solidarity and vulnerability.

Suddenly we realize that we are all on the same boat, rich and poor. We realize that we had robbed the store shelves together and together find that the hospitals are full and that money doesn't matter. That we all have the same human identity in the face of the coronavirus.

We realize that in garages, high-end cars are stopped just because no one can get out.

Only a few days were enough for the universe to establish social equality which was impossible to imagine.

Fear has invaded everyone. She changed sides. She left the poor to go and live in the rich and powerful. She reminded them of their humanity and revealed their humanism to them.

May this serve to realize the vulnerability of human beings who seek to live on the planet Mars and who believe they are strong to clone human beings in order to hope to live forever.
